I remember enjoying CoD ports on the Wii. I know that it will not be the best experience but some people simply enjoy the gameplay more than graphics. As long as the gameplay is the same I think most can overlook shitty graphics.

I’ll admit that I still go on reddit for my custom multi-subreddits. I try to use lemmy as much as I can but until they implement some sort of custom-multi community function I can’t entirely switch over. Lemmy is simply too fragmented between instances. Lemmy would benefit tremendously if we could group communities into custom multi-threads instead of having to visit each community on several instances. I do keep mobile browsing to liftoff for lemmy though.

Is there an option to turn off nsfw blur? I like to browse the all tab unfiltered.

I ordered two of these to try out an ortholinear layout. I know I’ll lose two keys to shift layers but the main purpose is to replace my heavily modified nostromo n52. I made a nice palm rest already but still waiting on most likely a raspberry pico for the joystick and space key. I think a similar project called GOTS did the same but I couldn’t justify the price. I’ve hardwired an iris half before but didn’t like it so I reused the pro micro for a different project.

Edit: Here is my nostromo n52 with cherry mx clone switches, a chopped up usb hub and a pro micro. I forget but it has like 14 extra buttons. I had to repair it once and do not want to dive into my spaghetti wiring to fix it again lol. The second image is a WIP prototype of the joystick keyboard attachment. I was unsatisfied with it after the first stain so I made it smaller and sanded it again. I tried to copy the n52 palm rest. Not sure why it’s flagged as nsfw lol

Lift off defaulted to lemmy.world. i think letting the user choose default instance would help. I was confused at first because i don’t have a lrmmy.world account. Don’t make a default instance and just let user decide. Otherwise good looking app!

I loathe teasers. I know they’re made for hype but with products like this that take years to complete I feel like they’re just edging fans. I would much rather they wait to have a complete product to showcase than repeating stuff like cyberpunk 2077.

thanks for the info! I was able to find so many more communities but was unable to subscribe because of a 404: couldnt_find_community error. I’m hoping I’m just doing something wrong but I found a couple google results with similar issues. Hopefully it’s a simple fix.

The footage does give me some nostalgia. One of the first pc games I ever played was warcraft 2. After I would play starcraft 2 with my cousin over dial up lol. I did play warcraft 3 but I never got into the modding scene so I did not get addicted to dota. I hope this game will be successful because I like rts games.

Hi, I’ve been enjoying lemmy for the past couple of days. The only things that I miss from reddit is the grid view from the Shine for Reddit chrome extension and the multi-subreddit feature. I feel like making custom multi-communities threads would benefit lemmy tremendously to keep track of similar communities across all instances. Also I would like suggestions for VR communities as I currently can only find one. Also thanks for making this lemmy instance.

I accidentally open Reddit on mobile or PC out of habit and promptly close it. Trying to reprogram my brain to default to Lemmy 😂
