Frankly, it’s a dumb attempt. Prohibition just doesn’t work. If people want to kill themselves by smoking, menthols are no worse for that than the tobacco itself. And it isn’t like there won’t be a million smokers figuring out how to make their regular cigs menthol. It’s easy.
