Honestly I’m sure they do if they resist. Most marches by neonazis and the like are planned out to make sure that they are covered by freedom of speech and it would be a huge lawsuit to attack them. A random skinhead in a bar doesn’t have that luxury and I’m sure many have been beaten down.
