i think nobody is strong enough and has that much beef with the west to use them. so go ahead, give them away, so you can’t use them vs Ukraine and they rust away in some 3rd party shed.
The United States spends 20x the next closest country on defense, and has the two biggest air forces in the world. Much of the global economy is dependent on the US economy and the US dollar. So yes, I don’t think any countries want to start shit with the USA. The problem would be some less than ethical countries letting terrorist groups within the country get their hands on the weapons, and those groups very much want to attack the USA.
