The post is to lemmy.world but the user is from lemmy.ml I don’t know of a way to block an entire domain of users just block individual users.

  Ok, thanks. So I guess it’s not possible to actually block problematic instances on Lemmy. Maybe time to just switch to an instance that blocks lemmy.ml
