Intent to destroy also known as dolus specialis is the key if something is a genocide or not. No such special intent is evident. Israel could easily kill far more Palestinians if they intended to, but they don’t.

I won’t make up a definition, but refer to an existing one.
Intent to destroy also known as dolus specialis is the key if something is a genocide or not.
No such special intent is evident. Israel could easily kill far more Palestinians if they intended to, but they don’t.
