Below we’ve visualized the 10 Texas counties that recorded the highest share of registered voters in 2020 who came from California over the last two decades or so. The counties vary in population but all had at least 5% of their 2020 registered voters move from California.
In almost all of the counties, the blend of new Republican and new Democratic voters was more red than blue, meaning that there were more Republicans than Democrats moving in.
