minus-squareVaryklinkfedilinkarrow-up21·4 days agoare armbands and knee bands to keep your joints from popping out of place when you’re lifting heavy stuff?
minus-squareDaGeek247@fedia.iolinkfedilinkarrow-up16·4 days agoNo. They’re support, rather than protection. For people with messed up knees, it keeps the knee from wandering away under the skin, or the muscles from moving wrong. The muscles do all the work, the bands just keep everything in it’s right place.
