I saw my nutritionist earlier, she saw what I ate (I made a list) and she said what I eat is healthy but she would add more greens and proteins like eggs, white fish, turkey and chicken. She wants me to eat at least 3x eggs a day and 1 white meat (including fish) a day. She also doesn’t understand why I am not losing weight with the diet I had initially and made me do a full blood work check up She also referred me to another psychiatrist because she doesn’t understand how my psychiatrist isn’t willing to understand that we didn’t try all the meds that exist and enough weight neutral meds to try to stop the one who’s making me gain weight.
