I’m pretty sure you’re mistaken. Carrying a gun is not equal to being attacked with a skateboard. One is a violent act the other is a constitutionaly protected act with no violence. Kyle may have made questionable decisions but he acted in self-defense, and his trial bore that out. You can’t attack somebody just because you’re afraid of them or don’t like them.
