Sounds typical for a for profit business. That being said, doesn’t sound right at all, there are few enough resources for veterans and this sounds like there is more money to be made by public citizens being put in there instead of the veterans.

They need an in-depth investigation and charges brought to those who are at fault including the bell ends at the top.
