I am not sure which one, the letter just says “under current executive order”, and it killed a program that granted supplemental coverage for a variety of different drugs, and other treatments, that meet whatever requirement, so drugs I take for polycystic kidney disease are now denied to me. Also another long term therapy for complications with my spina bifida might get the axe, the order was blocked, but since this requires there to be secured future funds for them to approve it. Now they are looking at the instability of this situation as a reason to drop it until things stabilize.

Many conservatives around me are now deeply regretting voting for trump, because it has put their lives in turmoil, for similar reasons to mine, I live in an apartment building for people with disabilities. When you vote against basic QOL, even against your own interest, often because you were too ignorant to know anything about what you voted for (many people here are saying they heard that he supported one, or two, things they liked, and wanted to MAGA, and are not “political enough” to know everything else, and didn’t really know what tariffs are), and supported out-right bigots, and numerous other things, well, you deal with the consequences of it. Reactionary party support for shit like this will earn you hate. No I am not defending the DNC, they are corporate own imperialists who are responsible for the disenfranchisement of the working class. However voting for bald faced fascism shows a lack of empathy, and therefore you lose a lot of empathy for your own plight. Trust me, I live in Appalachia near norther WV, it is very poor here, very working class, and very desperate, very conservative. A lot of people here are now regretting their vote because they lost a lot of compensation, at their jobs, due them changing the budget to get a year+ worth of materials before the tariffs. Even the c-suite had to take cuts, and several major employers are eyeing moving to the EU. Some are still doing strong mental gymnastics to justify their support, however, as their income dwindles, and they struggle even more to support heir families, hopefully they will begin to look for alternatives. The tide is shifting back to being in favor of unionization, and general collective bargaining, so there is hope.

You should look further, because I haven’t seen nor heard of Trump doing anything like that. So it may not be a Trump order.

I’m not seeing that in my area.
