1 Tbsp Esme gin

1/2 oz lime

Bunch of club soda. A little bitter and quite good.

      I order it from Heirloom and IIRC it’s fulfilled through some liquor store in NY but gets here pretty fast. It’s really good, once I tried it I keep getting it!
