Maybe development with some speed instead of onesies, twosies can transform it a lot quicker.

    3CDC will build and manage a 109-space surface parking lot at the site, with spaces available to Crossroad patients and staff, community center visitors and the public.

    FFS- why are we doing a SURFACE LOT in one of the most dense parts of the city? It’s like 3 steps forward, 2 steps back with 3CDC all the time.

      I noticed that too. I don’t understand it other than cost saving. The garage at Central and Elder was done quite nicely so why not just do another? Just seems like a waste of prime space. Maybe they’ll build on it later on.
