    Not necessarily. There are a multitude of different regions (like Schengen) for various purposes that overlap with the EU to varying degrees, some include countries not in the EU but omit others that are,… Or in other words, it is complicated.

      True but I think in the case of Guadeloupe for example, that should be doable. Maybe that’s my retirement plan :)
