How the fuck can you even have a safe space with federation?

It’s FEDERATION. As in everybody on every other website on the network can see what you’re saying. Safe spaces require privacy and strict user curation/moderation, both of which is impossible to have through federation. Anyone on any other website can just bust into your safe space and… ugh 🤦
