An expert's examination of decades of lawsuits involving Tasers found they were used on a disproportionate number of children of color and children with disabilities.

CHICAGO (CBS) – It was a broken window complaint that led to a 14-year-old boy being shot by a police officer.

But before being shot, the teen had been repeatedly tasered. The intense pain caused the teen to run.

    Sure, that would be a nice thing to have. But let’s not even imply that this isn’t 100% on the cops. Anyone would have run away if they got tased and were still conscious/mobile. It’s human instinct.
