    No, there are options outside of scooters and SUVs. Biking, public transit, and walking are all more reasonable options.

      E-scooters come in a solid 4th on that list, through. Probably edging out things like skateboards, roller skates, segways and unicycles, and coming in miles ahead of anything with 4 wheels and a >50cc engine (or equivalent-power electric motor).
