Italian ‘Pizza’ difficult to call pizza. It’s more like bread covered in tomato sauce with a little bit of cheese on it.
Bread covered in tomato sauce topped with cheese sure sounds like pizza to me.
That is more likely a pizza margherita. There are italian pizza where they dump shitloads of veggies or cold cuts on it too.
