    The poor engineers getting yelled at for not producing enough tanks just decide to build from WW1 blueprints using sheet metal and a lada engine. Probably runs on vodka

        But it’s also a way to guarantee that soldiers and technicians won’t mind working on and with it. Just look at the Tu-22
