I wish the law stated that for every conviction on union busting tactics the minimum fine would be $10,000,000 … cause that’s the only way we’ll shut down the rampant, greedy stupidity of big business.
Like fines in general, if it’s meant to deter the behavior, the fine needs to be more than they gained from the illegal action. Otherwise it’s just a financial decision.
