I assume the first line ends with “ME”, but there’s an unsettling amount of space after the M. Rather poorly kerned overall.
This looks weirdly almost identical to the basement staircase I just built for my house. I hope whoever wrote that doesn’t know something about construction that I don’t - because I stand on that fucking thing all the time.
This could also be the bedroom above the kitchen in my childhood home, its pretty much a 1 for 1 copy in terms of layout
