At one point in the Sims 3 to Sims 4 development cycle, they removed autoroofing so the minimum required amount of effort became much higher.
At first glance I thought the entire image was actually a screenshot from Sims 3.
- janky looking roof
- ugly grass with bad tiling
- weirdly plain road
- rectangular hedges to keep poly count low
