Now, I haven’t heard about any reports of related disputes just yet, but no one except the CCP knows what would happen 30 years from now.

When old buildings are in need of reconstruction, you can’t, cause you don’t own the land it sits on and have no idea if the government will want the land back. There are also problems starting to arise in Wenzhou where citizens aren’t able to get a loan from banks to buy a house that has only 20 years of land usage left.
