This gun uses blank rounds inserted on the breech to launch an arrow that’s been muzzle loaded. It reportedly launches arrows at 385 FPS (117 m/s) and has an effective range of 70 yards (64 m).
But why? Can’t use for bow season and can’t use for gun season.

You could probably use it for rifle session. Often you are allowed to use a less effective weapon in a session. But it varies.
The reason they gave in the video was it’s easier to use than a crossbow. Plus they said they plan on working with F&G agencies.
385 fps but at what resolution?
It is an arrow so I would assume that it is really just a few pixels by a few pixels.

Also season 2 episode 2 of sons of guns made a similar concept. I believe they loaded the arrows into 410 shotgun shell instead.
Should have someone speeding by in a Veyron SS or whatever Koeniggggssssegggggg has out now and fire it so they can catch up to it and grab it.
