EDIT: I’ll accept whatever you have—Scandinavian, asian, western europe, etc, but has to have English subtitles at least so I can follow along!
The longest (and ONLY!) one I’ve seen is Shoe and Shoelace on Family Guy lol
Hells yeah

That was great. It was a lot like Ori and the Blind Forest, I thought.
I really liked the fog animation. It was such a simple effect but it was well done.
I’m going to assume that absolutely nothing was lost in translation, and those words were exactly what the creator wanted to say.

How about Krtek the mole? A Czech cartoon.
This was one of my favorites as a kid in the 90s, though I do not live in the eastern bloc.
It’s pretty trippy and weird when I look at it now, but I used to love it!

Not sure if https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0841927/ has an English version but it is mostly silent anyway. It was a big part of childhood TV in Germany but is originally from Czechoslovakia (back when it was started anyway).
Not that screwy, but Pat&Mat was an integral part of my scandinavian childhood. So was that more famous black mole to a lesser extent.
Does Masha and the Bear count as screwy?
If u have to ask, probably ;)
This came along back before the Czech Velvet Revolution, but I Parádivé Sally (or About Dressy Sally as it’s known in English). There are 2 distinct versions you can find on yt. It was lost Nickelodeon media before the company who has the rights to it eventually ended up uploading them to yt, the original Czech dub (with ENG sub option) and the Nickelodeon English dub.
