She’s the only really relatable character, next to early season Joey, it’s hard to relate to Ross, Rach, Monica and Chandler unless you grew up somewhat rich, Pheobe, like most viewers of the show, grew up somewhat poor and has had to struggle and earn her way to be where she is.
