    We don’t have any evidence it causes it.

    It’s just as likely that the initial creep of psychosis makes people turn to drugs to blunt it as drugs causing it.

    Like, Autism becomes apparent at the age after vaccines. But that’s just a correlation, vaccines don’t cause autism.

    And cannabis/psychosis might be the same.

      I mean, adolescence and post adolescence are where most mental health problems first appear. Those are also the two most stoned age groups.

        Yep.

        You’d need to study a population and see if there’s a significant difference between predisposed and not if they’ use cannabis or not

        Then a study to compare how often the predisposed develop it if they use or not.

        We can figure it out, it’s just going to take a lot of studies to narrow it all down.

          Unbiased studies too, as it seems many of these studies have some agenda to either pro or con something as trendy as marijuana
