    I think you’re mixing up Gaza and the west bank.

    The west bank is ran by Fatah, part of PLO and Arafat’s political party. Hamas runs the Gaza strip.

    If Texas would be like that I guess it would be full of foreign permanent setlers. A bit counter productive
