I’ve been having issues with images not loading from that instance after they updated pict-rs but instance itself seems to load fine.

That’s fine, to be fair that makes sense based on the population of Portugal. I think I’m going to start a discussion thread soon about how people feel between animating their country instance in their language and posting in English in general Lemmy communities
