While there are good reasons for being against buying that kind of housing, it’s still technically correct.
It’s not that nobody “wants” those. If I could work remotely I wouldn’t give a fuck living in the middle of nowhere, actually I would prefer it. But then how do I commute? I’d have to buy a car because I would have no public transport, would lose a lot of time commuting, and you know what? Even in the middle of nowhere the rent prices are just like 30% lower in my area. So I’d end up spending more money on gas and more time commuting.
She is wrong though, people would move there if they could but they can’t and that is far from the only reason to regard this rich entitled asshole as a rich entitled asshole.

She changed her last name to ‘Goldberg’ because her mother said that she should since Jews run Hollywood (she has changed this story more recently and claims she took the name in honor of a Jewish ancestor).
