    U.S. Constitution Article VI, clause 3:

    no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

      He’s up for election this year. I’m gonna go to one of his town halls, if he even bothers to hold any, and grill him about it lol. Can’t wait to see mr “constitutional conservative” sweat when it’s revealed he’s actively violated the constitution.

          No bets on if I’ll remember but i’ll try to let you know… He’s a representative for Southern Oregon so like, don’t go out of your way to drive over here if you’re more than a couple hours away, as he’s ultimately very inconsequential…

    That’s so weird. Here I am thinking being religious should disqualify you automatically from public office!

    I mean, at least an atheist isn’t specifically putting some made up bullshit ahead of their constituents.

    This dumbass Oregonian twit is unfit for office. All “Christian” people are unfit for public office, in my view. So it’s my profoundly human anti-religious views against his inhumane and sick “christian” ones. In the larger scheme of things, I wonder which views god himself would espouse.
