While he declined to provide specific names, Mnuchin said that his group would be organized in a way “so that no one investor controls this.”

Nah, they would just leave it as is. Hire a consultant to reprogram the algorithm to slip in more conservative stuff into your feed. Tiktok is relatively unique in that you have to put all your faith into an algorithm and let it guide you.
