Representative Don Bacon, a Nebraska Republican, told NBC News’ Kristen Welker on Sunday that according to lawyers hired by Congress, “at this point, there’s not a specific crime that’s been committed” by President Joe Biden in the impeachment probe against him.

I only know of 2: Biden (but no official impeachment has begun, only inquires) and Secretary Mayorkas. Mayorkas was barely impeached after a 2nd vote and is awaiting an impeachment trial in the senate. The expectation is that he will not be removed since Democrats and some Republicans don’t feel the impeachment is warranted. It will be interesting to see how voters view this. The last time Republicans tried BS impeachments, it was with Clinton. Republicans expected to gain a lot of seats in the election following what they considered a successful impeachment, only to be surprised to lose a number of seats instead.
