I just threw it in a crock pot, instead of the oven because I didn’t expect to be home today.
I noticed that the picture has carrots but the recipe (and yours) doesn’t. You might want to try them in there next time, they’ll be good I promise. Either a bagful of “baby” ones, or use the big fat bulk ones, peel them and cut big chunks.
I maintain from the other thread that it looks delicious and I’ll likely be picking up some beef next time it’s on sale cause damn.
I do mine in a Dutch oven. This is an amazing way to do pot roast.
