The major news outlets definitely aren’t sharing everything, it’s worth reading to get a feel for what the jury is getting.

Maybe we can but why would we want to? All of this is just theater. The judge that indefinitely postponed his secret document charges is a good gauge of the justice you can expect from the US legal system against someone like Trump.
You should absolutely want to, you can verify what the news is telling you vs. what the actual transcripts say. For instance, today Stormy was said to hint that she felt like she had no choice in whether she had sex or not with trump. That his size and the bodyguard made her feel like she had to go through with it. I would like to read today’s transcripts to see what she actually said.
I could see your point if I followed any of this in the news or even followed what could be considered “news”. What I know about these cases are what posts like this on Lemmy discuss so I don’t need to fact check my sources since I don’t consider any of the discussion to be fact and I believe that it’s all a farce anyways.

Trump lawyer Susan Necheles asked Stormy Daniels whether she felt like she had to have sex with Trump.
Necheles asked Tuesday whether Daniels had testified that Trump made nasty comments and stood over her. Daniels responded that she testified that Trump — who was much taller — stood in front of her.
Necheles asked if those actions made Daniels feel like she had to have sex with him. Daniels said Trump didn’t give her drugs or alcohol and he didn’t have a weapon, but she still felt like she didn’t have a choice.
I read most of the transcripts last night. These are my takeaways for what wasn’t in the live feeds of the trial so far.
- Although Stormy doesn’t call it rape and doesn’t want to, that was absolutely rape.
- Trump will cheat for people on The Apprentice and said he would for her.
- It was Old Spice, Pert Plus and gold manicure items in his bathroom.
- He tried to have a threesome with Stormy’s friend that backs up Stormy 100%. Trump asked Stormy to call her up for dinner. The friend said no and wouldn’t return their calls.
- Stormy says she had blackouts of memories and suddenly remembered when she watched the movie about Allies (sp?).
- He didn’t use a condom.
I think that’s all, it’s a strange mix of what the media wouldn’t post.
