Del Monte exploits temporary workers and subverts Ontario employment law

A gap in legislation has revealed the exploitative nature of temporary staffing agencies. The incident at Del Monte is only the latest example.

The use of temp agencies in Ontario isn’t uncommon. Fiera is another notorious company that does this.
