      I’ve got two theories as to what that poster was trying to say:

      Der Herr Der = Durr Hurr Durr

      Or:

      Der Herr Der = reference to “Die Bart, Die”

      But as to the real meaning: Der Herr Der Elemente = The Master Of Elements
