This just isn’t good. At all. All of that wasted space makes me upset. Those trees that could still be here, too.

    One of the main issues feels to me to be the tiny windows. Why build a massive house and not put big windows in?

    I work in houses like this once in a while. They’re terribly inefficient with their high ceilings. Also the work is super shotty. I have to go and fix all the drywall seams that are cracked, which is usually every single corner, and many straight seams, specially on the ceilings. The people that tend to live in them are usually a very small family, sometimes a single person. Kinda crazy.

    The price per square foot doesn’t look to bad. I’d love to retire in a place like this. Could use a pool and hot tub though.
