I have tried many times before using all of the methods (reduction, cold turkey, patches, gum, inhaler) and none of them worked. Only vaping has managed to keep me off the cigarettes and I’ve now reduced the percentage from my starting point at 20% down to 5%. The next step is either 3% or 0% and then kicking the habit itself.
