    I occasionally will sprinkle shredded cheese in the pan and then set an almost perfectly grilled cheese on that until it crisps on the outside. I do this for both sides. This becomes a Cheese, Grilled but i fully and humbly submit to you that this should be allowed to continue being called a Grilled Cheese. Thank you for your time they who are so knowledgeable in the ways of grilling cheese.
