Killing 3PA was the kiss of death. If you disagree with the pricing (I’m on the fence) and have privacy concerns, there are like a dozen app options. A month ago there was like only one for each platform. Choice is good right? Although devs have to eat, the pricing and subscription based model does seem questionable, I’m not being forced to use the app, so meh, I guess. Jerboa has been getting me by and has weened me off Reddit and Baconreader.
Surely we can agree it’s better to have too many choices rather than having some greedy piggy ban them all.
