Yeah things do get tricky. I think because it has a fair amount of live action still it’s not technically considered a fully animated film.
Really what should count is the 2019 Lion King which is I think almost 100% CGI. I think the reason it doesn’t in the industry is because Disney marketed it as a “live action Lion King” which is silly imo. Inside Out 2 has a chance to hopefully beat Lion King (2019).
