I’ve noticed it and a friend I introduced to it has noticed it too. I don’t recall ever having a hangover from combustion but it’s been a while and maybe it’s just part of getting old? Idk figured I’d ask because I’m confused by it.

I’ll feel kinda fuzzy some mornings if I partook heavily the night before, but wouldn’t equate it to a hangover.

Yeah, if I hit it too hard at night and then go to bed without letting the effects wear off too much, then it will definitely mess with my sleep and make me feel groggy in the morning. Not as bad as a hangover, but still not great.

For me, it’s not the weed. It’s the bs I end up eating while stoned. Starting to become a problem at night, especially with my acid reflux

The only time I’ve noticed it is if I’ve been up all night chasing insomnia trying to green out. End up only getting a couple hours of sleep because my last bowl was at 3 and the cat decides my bladder is the best place to sleep at 5 (worth it for cat cuddles, btw). I figure it’s a special case.

I mean it could also be a case of Damn Dirty Device and you’re eating a lot of resin with your [vape/bong/pipe/apple/I don’t want to get that creative but y’know you can really smoke out of anything these days]. I had a stretch of depression that what woke me up was a big ol’ blot of resin on my front teeth after vaping what I didn’t catch for an hour until my wife told me. It was nasty as fuck and I am embarrassed that 1. I let my teeth get that way and 2. I let my vape get that way but y’know the brain sucks sometimes.

You know I’m pretty sure the screen on my vape is caked up. I’ll throw a fresh one in and ask my friend as well.

I wouldn’t say that is very common, there are many variables here…

    • Quality of material

    • Device used

    • Pollen allergies

    etc.

Yeah, it’s a thing. Some factors I’ve identified: How close you vape to bedtime - I try to leave at least 2h in-between nowadays, more is better, up to 4h especially for occasional users. How much water you drink - stay hydrated. What you eat - satisfying your munchies with unhealthy shit will definitely make you feel worse the next day.

Imo it’s mostly down to sleep quality moreso than actual after effects of the drug. Tbf that’s a big part of alcohol hangovers too.

I guess that’s where my issue lies. I don’t like to be intoxicated around my kids, so I start vaping late. There’s roughly a 1.5 to 2 hour window where I can do this and get to bed at a decent time.

The only time I feel “hungover” from weed is if I wake up still high, and smoking/vaping doesn’t last long enough in my system to do that. The only time that happens is if I did too much in edibles the night before, and even that’s more just an inconvenience and my preference to start my mornings sober - it doesn’t feel shitty like an actual hangover or come down from some other drugs.

I get it from combustion and vaporizing. Actually will get it worse from combusting but I think that may be from combustion clogging my sinuses.

It’s only if I go really hard though

I don’t typically have morning-after effects; though infrequently certain herb may do so

I’ve noticed it myself and I’m fairly new. However I vape low THC content type 2 stuff, no more than 10% THC and only use .10 to .20 a night.

A friend of mine is a very heavy combustion user, high thc daily multiple times a day. He has been having the same issue.
