    Is there some context I’m missing why this is about Jewish people or antisemitic? To me the JFK comment sounded more like an example of the sort of thing people say about the possibility of being assassinated in general, since she was speaking in a way to quote a hypothetical person rationalizing about security and JFK’s killing is a standard example, though I don’t really understand the point she was making since she seemed to be simultaneously criticizing people suggesting increasing security, and people giving up on worrying about being assassinated. I don’t know if the article was representing that statement honestly, since it quoted it without mention of the context that she was saying “so my security doesn’t matter” as a way of describing a perspective she was criticizing.

    The point about criticism of Israel being a huge taboo for public figures seems to be true at least, even if the idea that there is a big risk of being killed for it isn’t.

      You are apparently missing the ability to connect one thing she says to the other thing she says immediately after she said the first thing. Who do you think “they” are in the context of both JFK and Israel?
