I’d say that in retrospect we dodged a bullet by not having him on the Supreme Court… except even that corporate shitheel is miles better than fucking Gorsuch and that fucker is, himself, by far the least awful of Trump’s appointments.
The Garland nomination was classic Obama - it was a strategically perfect pick in that no Republican could find a good faith fault with him, and at the same time doomed to fail because it assumed any Republican would act in good faith.
