    They give us less, so we use even less. Seems like winning to me.

    Also diet probably helps. Pancake shits obvious are messy. Focus on the fiber and nuts and stuff, make ur turns rock hard and you only need to dry.

      The gold standard is not to strain. The textbook standard of proper formation of stool is that of soft serve ice cream.

        Ever since I had a painful hemorrhoid I’ve been eating a ton more fruit and vegetables, but only recently by taking a couple metamucil supplements a day have I achieved the soft serve ice cream bm, and man is it ever weird!
