Coca-Cola is discontinuing the production of its new Spiced flavor just six months after the soda hit shelves, marking the end of a disappointing attempt to attract younger drinkers.
Ha! I’ve tried the Coke flavored Oreos (meh), but not the Oreo flavored coke (but based on the literal pallets {with an “s”!} of that stuff sitting in the back room, it doesn’t surprise me.).
I wasn’t a fan myself, but I’m mildly pissed because a lot of people did like it. I can’t imagine that they weren’t making profit off of it; the two grocery stores in town, all the gas stations, couldn’t keep it in stock. I know that one region doesn’t mean it’s the same everywhere, but damn.
If it wasn’t making profit, they sure as hell didn’t give it enough time to reach widespread awareness, so stopping it now seems stupid.
Fuck you Coke. I tried one, liked it and now I can’t find it anywhere…
But have you tried their newest flavor, Oreo?
(it’s disgusting)

Weird, it always look fully stocked in my area, except for when it was new and people were trying it. Wonder what the breakdown was.
