“I cannot tell you how much I start the day with telling my team we’ve got to follow the law,” he told reporters at the time.

Yeh. You never did that Mayor lmao.

He doesn’t have a clue what honest people do. He’s like Vance buying doughnuts for the first time in his life. “Follow the law, I guess, or whatever makes sense.”

How long have you been following the law?

          OK.

Totally normal thing to do. Like when my boss accused me of showing up to work drunk, I told him, “I start every morning telling my people ‘hey, I’m going to work not drunk today’”

That would be like me at a house party saying “Hey man, great party! Lots of people here, great selection of booze, I didn’t shit in the closet, and are those cocktail weinee’s???”

One of those things shouldn’t need to be said…

Or back on the Other Site /r/legaladvice. When a post started out with “just for the record, I’m not a pedophile”, you knew it was gonna be good popcorn.

It’s… Hey sir (I use that term lightly) this isn’t a thing you should have to tell people you shouldn’t give off the vibe or hire people who wouldn’t.
