It can take up to a few years to grow facial hair when you start t. Most cis males don’t have facial hair in their first year of puberty either

You could try the follicle simulation methods that some people use on their scalp, like caffeine or massage for example. Minoxidil can work too, just don’t use it if you have cats.

it’s just not in the cards for since people, or it may just take a while longer, my dad was unable to grow a beard properly but I was able to no problem. even between me and him, and we’re genuinely linked, there was a pretty big difference in what we both could achieve

Sometimes it doesn’t. I’m 12 years on T next week and I’m still dummy thicc lol. It’ll happen, maybe just not 100% how you want or expect, if you’re not careful you’ll get a beer gut too. That’s one of those things that changes slowly and you don’t really notice except when you think about it and you realize it’s definitely happened and maybe not always in ways you’re completely thrilled with, it’s kinda like when you realize you now have ass hair. Gaining and losing weight can make it visibly happen faster, along with working out - but work out for the health benefits, not for the hope it’ll make you less thicc because many times it won’t do that but the new ability to crush watermelons with your thighs is pretty fun.

I’m a cis male in my thirties with a naturally pretty high level of testosterone. Still, I only grow only a rather subtle beard and it only started several years after puberty kicked in. I still have some bald spots without any facial hair. Be assured, having an enormous beard is not a prerequisite to be a man. If you still feel a strong desire for more hair, talk to a dermatologist. There are special shampoos to (slightly) speed up the process and as a last resort, there’s also the chance to transplant hair from elsewhere.
